Eric A. Rothfeld is Chairman of REI Capital, LLC in New York. Mr. Rothfeld was a member of the Board of Directors of Jones Apparel Group and the Chairman of its Sun Apparel, Inc. and Polo Jeans Company divisions. Mr. Rothfeld is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia and received his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School, where he now serves on the Board of Visitors.
