Mr. Reinsberg is a Deputy Chairman of Lazard Asset Management LLC ("LAM"),responsible for non-U.S./Global investing. Mr. Reinsberg joined LAM in 1991.Prior to joining LAM in 1991, Mr. Reinsberg served as an Executive VicePresident of General Electric Investment Corporation and a Trustee of theGeneral Electric Pension Trust. His other past affiliations included JardineMatheson (Hong Kong) and Hill & Knowlton, Inc. Mr. Reinsberg has an M.B.A. fromColumbia University and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He speaks German, French, and Spanish. Mr. Reinsberg serves as a member of the University of Pennsylvania Huntsman Program Advisory Board and the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences Board of Overseers.In addition, Mr. Reinsberg is a member of the Board of Directors of The Jewish Museum in New York.
