Jeffrey C. Keil

Jeffrey C. Keil is Chairman of International Real Returns, LLC and served as Chairman of its Executive Committee from 1998 to 2001. He was President of Ellesse, LLC, a private advisory company, was General Partner of Keil Investments Partners, a private fund that invested in the financial sector of Israel.

He was President and a Director of Republic New York Corporation and Vice Chairman of Republic National Bank of New York. He is a director of Anthracite Capital, Inc., a real estate investment trust, and a director of Leucadia National Corp., a diversified holding company engaged in banking, manufacturing, winery operations, real estate, mining and insurance.

In addition to ACGT, Mr. Keil is on the Boards of The New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and The Brooklyn Botanical Garden.

Mr. Keil is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, received an advanced degree from the London School of Economics and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
