Ned Hartline is Partner, Oaks, Hartline & Daly, LLP Houston, Texas. Mr. Hartline is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Juris Doctorate degree from Bates College of Law at the University of Houston. He served as a managing partner in the Houston law firm of Butler & Binion and then as one of the founding partners and managing partner of the firm which became Brown McCarroll, L.L.P. with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Longview, Texas. He is now a Partner with Oaks, Hartline & Daly, LLP with offices in Houston, Austin, Lake Jackson and Pearland, Texas. He is on the Board of Directors of several private companies and consults with respect to charitable or governmental organizations.
In addition to ACGT, Mr. Hartline has been a board member of the Houston Law Review for over 20 years, and from 2001 to 2006 has been its Chairman. He also has served as a judge for the Police Officers Civil Service Commission of the City of Houston.
